E-5 Phos Syrup (AKG-37) is a Homeopathic tonic for general health. It is a nutritional supplement designed to support healthy growth and development. It imparts physical strength and improves brain function by treating fatigue, tiredness, general debility, neurasthenia, and physical weakness. In addition, it is beneficial in treating mental exhaustion, lack of interest in activities, anxiety, stress, and menstrual problems.

This medicine contains 5 Schuessler phosphate salts:

• Calcium Phosphate - It is useful in the formation of bones and teeth, thus, helps prevent and give relief in rickets.

• Iron Phosphate - It helps in the formation of Haemoglobin and the strengthening of blood vessels.

• Potassium Phosphate - It is helpful in neurological conditions, sleeplessness, mental & physical depression, and low vitality.

• Magnesium Phosphate - It is helpful in muscle cramps with radiating neuralgic pains.

• Sodium Phosphate - It helps reduce acidity by neutralizing the increased gastric acid and helps digest the essential nutrients.

How to Use: RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:-
Adults – 2 Tablespoon 3 to 5 times a day with or without water.
Children – 2 Tablespoon 3 to 5 times a day with or without water.
