How to Use :
Fever Relief:
Cold Therapy: To relieve fever symptoms, place one gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Remove the gel pack from the freezer and wrap it in a cloth or towel.
Apply the cold gel pack to the forehead or the back of the neck for 10-15 minutes at a time to help reduce fever discomfort.
Sports Injuries, Back Pains, and Muscular Pains:

Hot Therapy: Heat one gel pack in the microwave in 10-15 second. Place the heated gel pack in a cloth or towel to prevent direct contact with the skin. Apply the heated gel pack to the affected area for 15-20 minutes to relax muscles and reduce pain.
Dental Care Essentials:
Cold Therapy: Place one gel pack in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours. Wrap it in a cloth or towel to prevent direct contact with the skin.
Apply the cold gel pack to the cheek or jaw area for 15-20 minutes to help reduce pain and swelling after dental procedures.
