Before using the mask, ensure your hands and face are clean, devoid of makeup or lotions. Gently lift the mask, make any necessary adjustments to the straps for a secure fit over your eyes, and find a comfortable, relaxed position, either sitting or lying down. Place the warm mask over your closed or open eyes and allow it to soothe your eyes for approximately 15-20 minutes. Use this time to meditate, listen to calming music, or simply rest. After the recommended time, carefully remove the mask and store it properly.

Cold Therapy : For cold therapy, prepare the mask by placing it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but avoid freezing it. Find a comfortable place to relax, either sitting or lying down, and place the cold mask over your closed or open eyes. Allow the cooling sensation to work its magic for about 15-20 minutes, during which you can relax and enjoy the refreshing relief. Afterward, gently lift the mask from your eyes and ensure it’s stored properly.
