This Multigrain Sprouted Flour is made from Green Gram, Wheat, Flax seeds, Cow pea, Maize, Sorghum, Pearl Millet, Horsegram, Barley, Alfalfa and Finger Millet.
All the above mentioned grains are sprouted and made into flour in the right combination for us.
Usage: Boil 1 spoon of the flour along with a glass of milk or water for 3 mins and add honey/Jaggery for taste and drink. You could also mix in right proportion with dosa batter or roti batter and had.
