• Vasaka (Justicia adhatoda) - Vasaka or Malabar Nut is a bronchodilator; it widens your lung’s airways, clears mucus and improves respiration
• Pipalli - (Piper Longum) increases vasodilation and improves circulation and passage of fluids in microtubules.
• Ginger (Zingiber officinale) - Ginger is a natural anti-biotic and anti-inflammatory. Besides which, it has also been proven to be beneficial to the respiratory system both for fighting infections as well as clearing mucosa

Directions for Use:
Dosage:
(½ Teaspoon Breatheezy Tea for 1 Cup )
- Bring One Cup of water to Boil

- Add ½ teaspoon of Breatheezy Tea Powder

- Add few pieces of Cinnamon + Cloves + Anise/Fennel seeds/Star Anise + Fresh Ginger (for flavor)

- No sweetener is needed, as the Liquorice is a root that gives this blend a sweet flavor, naturally

- Straining optional
