Causes & Symptoms for SBL Selenium 

• Selenium acts well in debility by heat or hot weather, a little mental or physical exertion makes him sleepy.
• A weakness involving all parts of the body, easy fatigue from any labor, night-watching, mental exertion.
• Headaches, caused by indulgence in alcoholics or in tea, by hot weather, by over-study, strong odors.
• Itching in folds of skin, as between fingers and about joints, especially the ankle-joint.
• Great emaciation of face, hands, legs, feet, affected parts, and single parts.
• Hoarseness from weakness after over-use of the voice for a long time is relieved with Selenium.
• Difficulty of breathing when walking in open air is resolved with selenium Metallicum.

Mind and Head

Extreme sadness with inability to work after excess mental work.

Dosage and rules while taking SBL Selenium 

Take 5 drops in half cup of water three times a day.

You can also medicate the globules and take 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.
