Action of Ingredients in Healwell Shanti Pills

Cypripedium pubescens: a constant crowding of pleasant ideas; with restlessness of body, twitching of limbs, no desire to go to sleep

Magnesium carbonica: Frequent and violent yawning. Sleeplessness, from flatus. Sleep at night unrefreshing, with fatigue as great in morning as before going to bed in evening.

Zincum valerianum: Insomnia with twitching in limbs, nightmares, restlessness of the legs.

Kali phosphoricum: Extreme lassitude and depression, Prostration. Weak and tired.,lack stamina,  Retarded Nutrition (slow/improper nutrition), in children causing weakness, dullness. 

Dosage of Healwell Shanti Pills

1 to 2 tablet 3 or 4 times a day.
