The Instant Sprouted Ragi Mix also makes for excellent travel-food. You just have to add piping hot water and the thick luscious porridge is ready in a jiffy.

Directions:

1. Add 100 ml of boiled hot water to 4 tbsp of powder and cover the bowl with a lid for 5 minutes.

2.After 5 minutes stir well and serve.

3.You can add a little bit of jaggery to give it a naturally sweet taste for toddlers and babies above 1 year.
