As the years went by and my homeopathy practice grew, I came to realize that it’s not only medicines that would help my patients. Just as we say that if the soil is not rich, the plant will never grow to its fullest. Similarly till we do not have a good sense of Nutrition we cannot expect to have a healthy body and mind. The urge to learn more never ended and thus I completed a DIPLOMA IN NUTRITION AND DIETETICS FROM VLCC INSITUTE. This gave me an edge in understanding the food funda’s, the various nuances of food in our life. As a special interest in handling pediatric cases this knowledge of Healthy eating has helped immensely in my practice. Being a mother of two It has also made me make better food choices for my family. To add to this I used my passion for cooking to my advantage and also indulge in a lot of healthy cooking options and methods.
