• Natrum Salicylicum is a useful remedy for the prostrating after effects of influenza. 
• There is lassitude, drowsiness, listlessness and incipient dementia. 
• It also helps in Meniere’s disease when there is tinnitus of low tone with deafness and auditory vertigo. 
• Vertigo is worse from raising head. All objects seem to move to the right and there is dull headache and confusion.
• Dyspnoea, difficulty in breathing, Breathes with great difficulty. Gasping is relieved with help of Natrum Salicylicum .
• Epistaxis, retinal haemorrhage is relieved well with Natrum Salicylicum  
• Joint pains due to gout and rheumatism are relieved.

Intense erythematous rash is relieved by it.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water three times a day.
