Head
- Aurum Met is indicated for Vertigo: when stooping, as if turning in a circle, better on rising, as if drunk when walking in open air, feels as if he would fall to left, must lie down, even then for some time it returns on slightest motion.
- Buzzing in the head, Falling off of the hair is checked by Aurum Met.
Eyes
- Pain in the eyes aggravated by touch, as if the ball of the eye were pressed inwards

Ears

Teeth

Mouth

There are no such side effects. But every medicine should be taken following the rules as given.

Dosage and rules while taking Dr. Reckeweg Aurum Metallicum
Take 5 drops in half cup of water three times a day.
You can also medicate the globules and take 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

Precautions while taking Dr. Reckeweg Aurum Metallicum
Always keep a gap of 15 minutes before or after meals when you take medicine.
